Shipping time and costs
Our flat rate delivery charges vary upon the shipping method you choose. We ship to most destinations of the world with flat rate delivery charge per one delivery destination.
Our main shipping methods are as follows:
1) Registered Air Mail
Shipping cost: USD14 per order
Delivery time: 2-3 weeks
For privacy, all parcels will be unmarked and in standard protective padded bags.
2) EMS Express Mail (trackable)
Shipping cost: USD30 per order
Delivery time: 5-7 business days
Your parcel has a tracking number with which you can observe your package progress on the internet.
EMS parcels can be sent to most countries around the world except Germany, Sweden, Norway, Indonesia and South Africa. We do not offer express delivery of your orders to the named destinations; please choose registered air mail instead.
Order processing time is 2 days. Shipping time is based on the service level option you select. Total delivery time is based on order processing time plus shipping time.
When choosing the right shipping option for you, please be aware that it takes longer to receive parcels sent by registered mail but it usually clears customs faster and with fewer problems. We recommend shipping your order via registered mail. Parcels sent via express mail will more likely be searched and therefore held up in customs. Virtually all International delivery problems are due to delays in Customs. They may fail to notify you of the package arrival. If a package is overdue it is often sitting in Customs awaiting a signature or payment of duty. Please contact your customs office if your package is overdue.
It’s beyond our influence how long your order takes to clear through foreign customs. We are not responsible for customs fees and VAT taxes. We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure fast processing.
